From Sony Pictures Animation, the studio behind Spider-ManTM: Across the Spider-Verse and the artists that made KPop Demon Hunters, comes GOAT, an original action-comedy set in an all-animal world. The story follows Will, a small goat with big dreams who gets a once-in-a-lifetime shot to join the pros and play roarball – a high-intensity, co-ed, full-contact sport dominated by the fastest, fiercest animals in the world. Will’s new teammates aren’t thrilled about having a little goat on their roster, but Will is determined to revolutionise the sport and prove once and for all that “smalls can ball!”
GOAT features the voice talents of Caleb McLaughlin (Stranger Things), Gabrielle Union (Bad Boys II), NBA star Stephen Curry, Nicola Coughlan (TV’s Bridgerton and Derry Girls), Nick Kroll (Sing), David Harbour (Stranger Things), Jenifer Lewis (TV’s Black-ish), Aaron Pierre (The Underground Railroad), Patton Oswalt (Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire), Andrew Santino (Happy Gilmore 2), Bobby Lee (Wish Dragon), Eduardo Franco (Stranger Things), Sherry Cola (Joy Ride), music artists Jelly Roll, and Jennifer Hudson (Dreamgirls). It’s directed by Tyree Dillihay, co-directed by Adam Rosette and produced by Stephen Curry, Erick Peyton, Michelle Raimo Kouyate, and Adam Rosenberg.
