Cream puffs and bench presses are back on the menu as Crunchyroll officially confirms that Mashle: Magic and Muscles will return for its third season in January 2027.
Officially titled MASHLE: MAGIC AND MUSCLES The Tri-Magicathlon Divine Visionary Final Exam Arc, the upcoming season will stream on Crunchyroll worldwide, excluding Japan and China.
Picking up directly from the chaotic events of the second season, the new arc plunges protagonist Mash Burnedead into the high-stakes Tri-Magicathlon. Despite being born utterly devoid of magical ability in a world ruled by spellcasters, Mash continues his relentless quest to become a top-tier Divine Visionary at Easton Magic Academy relying purely on sheer grit, muscle, and fists of steel.
The production remains with powerhouse studio A-1 Pictures returning to handle animation production. Tomonari Tanaka is set to direct the adaptation of Hajime Komoto’s hit Shonen Jump manga, joined by series composer Yosuke Kuroda, character designer Chiaki Kozumi, and composer Masaru Yokoyama delivering the soundtrack.
Between now and January, fans have plenty of time to catch up on the first two seasons of magical mayhem, which are currently streaming in full on Crunchyroll.
