Many still haunt them, and at the time they pursued them with near-obsessive dedication. Through their accounts and recollections, viewers will discover what it was like to be a detective in Hungary during the 1980s and 1990s, and learn about investigative methods that would seem almost unimaginable today. The series revisits cases that gripped the entire country, including the kidnapping of teenage girl Helga Farkas and the notorious Magda Marinko case.
