Netflix took to YouTube to announce the launch date of the second season of The Umbrella Academy with a fun and quirky video with all of the cast members.
Spaceboy, The White Violin, The Kraken, The Rumor, The Seance and The Boy will all be back for the upcoming season. Netflix have confirmed that the misfit heroes will return on July 31.

When the first season hit in February 2019, it became an instant hit. It ranked 3rd on the list of Netflix’s most popular shows of 2019. It even managed to climb its way to Netflix’s overall top releases of 2019, being one of only three shows to make the list.
Steve Blackman is back as the showrunner. He will also be joined by Jeff F. King, Mike Richardson and Keith Goldberg as executive producers.
Ellen Page, Tom Hopper, David Castañeda, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Robert Sheehan, Aidan Gallagher, and Justin H. Min will all be reprising their roles. Ritu Arya, Martin Ireland, and Yusuf Gatewood have also joined.
