Fresh from the Javits Center in New York City, DC Comics has announced a long-rumoured project from its blockbuster Absolute universe. As confirmed to a packed room of attendees at New York Comic Con, the heroes of Absolute are coming together for a five-issue event series, Absolute Justice.
The book hails from Absolute Superman writer Jason Aaron and artist Juan Ferreyra with a launch date set for April 2027. Little more is known about the series other than that Absolute Martian Manhunter will lead the charge in bringing together the heroes of the Absolute U including Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash and Green Lantern.

The Absolute Justice storyline is not expected to interrupt any of the ongoing solo titles for each of the heroes. At the time of writing no tie-in books to the event have been announced making this a heavily streamlined and focussed event to introduce the Absolute version of the Justice League.
Stay tuned for more on this as NYCC continues…
