Margot Robbie has been talking Birds of Prey to the press over the weekend.
We knew the film had picked up a potential director in Cathy Yan. Though we are yet to hear any solid details on the films plot or casting it seems Margot Robbie is ready to drop some details.
Speaking with Flickering Myth Robbie confirms that the film will “hopefully” be filming from January 2019. She also touches on the fact the film will shoot on a lower budget than the average superhero blockbuster.

Our friends at Batman-News.com also picked up on an interview Robbie conducted over the weekend with Yahoo. When asked if Harley would be sporting a new look in the film the actress responded that the character will have a “totally different look” in Birds of Prey.
She goes on to further evidence how much she understands the characters appear by saying “There will be new Halloween costumes out there one day, perhaps.”
