Collider is reporting that Deadpool director Tim Miller is working on a Kitty Pryde solo-movie for 20th Century Fox. Whilst the company waits to see if it eventually folds in to Disney they are forging ahead with their X-Universe.
Miller is said to be developing the film with a view to eventually directing. Of course there is no guarantee the film will enter production as many developed projects do not. There is also the possibility that if/when Fox joins Disney they reshuffle the X-Men franchise to match its own needs for the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Kitty Pryde has of course appeared on film before. She was played by Ellen Page in X-Men: The Last Stand and the actress reprised the role in the much more successful Days of Future Past in more recent years.
