You might have noticed that a brand new Scream film is about to hit cinemas. With Neve Campbell back as Sidney Prescott and original franchise creator Kevin Williamson writing and directing there’s a lot to be excited for in Scream 7. Even more exciting, Paramount has confirmed the film’s release is moving up 24 hours in the UK and the film will now release on February 26, 2026.
Now the studio has debuted a new featurette for the film looking at the mother-daughter relationship between Sidney and her teenage daughter Tatum (Isabel May). In Scream 7 Tatum is now the age Sidney was when she first faced off against Ghostface and that gives a brand new killer reason to celebrate…

Williamson directs from a screenplay written with Guy Busick, based on a story by Busick and James Vanderbilt. The film stars Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, Isabel May, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Mason Gooding, Anna Camp, Joel McHale, McKenna Grace, Michelle Randolph, Jimmy Tatro, Asa Germann, Celeste O’Connor, Sam Rechner, Ethan Embry, Tim Simons and Mark Consuelos.
