During today’s upfront presentation for The CW network, president Mark Pedowitz also dropped the news that an animated Deathstroke series in the works. Deathstroke is expected to premiere on The CW Seed which played home to both the Vixen and Constantine animated series in past years. No news on the series has been confirmed but if it follows the formula set by previous series Manu Bennett will be returning to voice the character. The storyline will also likely tie in to an appearance on the final season of Arrow. We’ll bring you more news on this as it is confirmed.…

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has finally announced when Batman: Hush will be hitting store in North America. The movie hits digital platforms on July 20, follow by the Blu-ray and 4K UHD which will hit stores on August 13. It’s been confirmed that US TV network The CW will not be renewing its current streaming deal with Netflix. The CW and Netflix first entered their deal back in 2011 and it was subsequently renewed in 2016. The deal has offered Netflix viewers exclusive streaming rights to all CW properties, including the full Arrowverse slate, Riverdale and others. The deal was credited with helping to save the struggling network.
