Last month it was confirmed that director Scott Derrickson had exited Marvel Studios Doctor Strange In The Multiverse of Madness and overnight a new rumour has put an unexpected name in the frame to take over. Variety reports that original Spider-Man trilogy director, Sam Raimi, is now said to be in talks with Disney and Marvel Studios to take on the project.
