The Predatorhas opening in North America with the lowest box office tally for any film opening in over 4,000 theatres. That news, courtesy of BoxOfficeMojo, coming amidst the films on going controversy surrounding the inclusion of a registered sex offender in a now deleted scene. With $24M in the bank the film was able to top the North American box office but with a disappointing “C+” CinemaScore from its audience the film is unlikely to have legs. The new image features a rather serious looking Kara amidst a steamy red background, steam (or smoke – take your pick) rising from her balled fists. With Superman returning to the Arrowverse for this years cross over we knew that Lois Lane wouldn’t be far behind. Now it has been exclusively revealed that Grimm star Elizabeth Tulloch has been cast as the Daily Planet reporter. Tulloch will join Ruby Rose’s Batwoman in being introduced during this years three-part crossover which takes place December 9-11. Discussing Film has exclusively revealed that the script for Suicide Squad 2 has been completed by writer Todd Stashwick. The site sat down with Stashwick for a catchup about his currently projects and talk inevitably turned to the DC Films project. Today marked the inaugural episode of DC Daily. The news show which will form part of the DC Universe streaming platform.
