Tonight, following on from last week’s cliffhanger ending, Stargirl returns to pick up the pieces from the attack on Sylvester (Joel McHale). The episode, which airs on The CW tonight in the US, arrives hot on the heels of confirmation that the series will be crossing over with HBO Max’s Titans when that series returns later this year.
The synopsis for ”The Evidence” teases that the team will uncover a new suspect in their ongoing murder investigation:
BACK TO THE SCENE OF THE CRIME — After one of Sylvester’s (Joel McHale) plans results in an unexpected outcome, Pat (Luke Wilson) calls upon an old friend for help. Meanwhile, Beth (Anjelika Washington) uncovers a new suspect in their murder investigation, and Courtney (Brec Bassinger) reaches out to Cameron (Hunter Sansone). Amy Smart, Yvette Monreal, Cameron Gellman, Trae Romano, Meg DeLacy, Neil Hopkins, Joy Osmanski, Hunter Sansone and Alkoya Brunson also star.
