Whilst Millar notes that is is “confident we’ll return to [Jupiter’s Legacy] later” it is understood that Netflix has released the cast from their contracts.

Jupiter’s Legacy failed to wow critics when it was released last month but did receive a warmer reception from fans. Many, including our own review, pointed to the series slow pacing a potential barrier to its success.
Supercrooks, which is based in the same world as Legacy, follows a bunch of crooks undertaking a super-powered heist. Whilst it’s possible that characters from Legacy series could show up there’s no news on that front just now.
From executive producers Mark Millar, Frank Quitely, Lorenzo Di Bonaventura, Dan McDermott, Steven S. DeKnight, James Middleton, Sang Kyu Kim, Jupiter’s Legacy stars Josh Duhamel, Leslie Bibb, Ben Daniels, Elena Kampouris, Andrew Horton, Mike Wade, and Matt Lanter. The eight-episode season is available to stream now via Netflix.
