The Good Smile Company has brought a lot of joy to many anime and manga fans over the years. They have produced some outstanding figures from all different types of shows: Sword Art Online, Fate, Re:Zero, you name it they’ve probably done it. On top of that you also have different types of figures- the Figma or the adorable Nendoroid. While they tend to primarily focus on anime characters, we have had the odd live-action and video game character. The latest hero to join their collection is Jin Sakai from the brilliant Ghost of Tsushima.
Jin Sakai is the hero of Tsushima. When your home is invaded and destroyed by the brutal Mongol army, you must choose whether to stay true to your code or abandon it completely. Honor vs Dishonor. Luckily, this figure lets you play with both of them.
Check it out below!
- Using the smooth yet posable joints of figma, you can create a variety of action-packed poses from the game.
- A flexible plastic is used for important areas, allowing proportions to be kept without compromising posability.
- He comes with a glaring face plate created with detailed 3D paintwork technology along with an alternate masked face plate.
- The Sakai Katana and Sakai Tanto are included as optional parts. His half bow, an arrow and the sword on his back are included as well.
- His cape is made with real fabric.
- An articulated figma stand is included to display the figma in a variety of poses.
You can check out more images of the stunning figure right here. The website also has a brilliant feature identical to the game. You can look at the figure in the “Kurosawa Mode”. Please bare in mind that the figure will come fully painted and the “Kurosawa mode” view is simply a bit of fun for true Ghost of Tsushima fans.
The figure is due to be released later in 2021.

Ghost of Tsushima recently added an online mode and it is pretty insane. Instead of focusing on the Mongol armies, players will have face the fantastical and scary side of Tsushima with new enemies and locations inspired by Japanese folk tales and mythology.
