Surprise surprise. Well, we saw this coming didn’t we? Ever since James Bond’s No Time To Die was moved to April 2021 we anticipated a domino-effect in relation to some of the other movies coming out.
Surprisingly, Fast 9 was one of the first movies to delay its release. Universal pushed the breaks on Fast 9 and rescheduled it for an April 2021 release. However, it was announced today that the ninth installment has been pushed back to May 28th 2021. We’ve all done a lot of waiting. So we are certain that everyone can wait a little longer. Hopefully it will be worth it. Especially when you consider that the crew will be heading to space where no one can hear you scream… or rev your engine.
Don’t forget to check out the trailer for Fast & Furious 9. It’s certainly something.
Fast 9 is set to hit cinemas in May 2021 (Maybe). The film stars Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Nathalie Emmanuel, Anna Sawai, John Cena, Michael Rooker, Helen Mirren, and Charlize Theron.
No matter how fast you are, no one outruns their past.
Vin Diesel’s Dom Toretto is leading a quiet life off the grid with Letty and his son, little Brian. But they know that danger always lurks just over their peaceful horizon. This time, that threat will force Dom to confront the sins of his past if he’s going to save those he loves most. His crew joins together to stop a world-shattering plot led by the most skilled assassin and high-performance driver they’ve ever encountered. A man who also happens to be Dom’s forsaken brother, Jakob (John Cena, next year’s The Suicide Squad).
