The Promised Neverland season 2 was originally scheduled for a 2020 release. However, with the world being a tad crazy right now the premiere has been moved to next year. While it requires a lot more waiting, at least it has been confirmed that more adventures with Emma are on the way.
The official Twitter account for The Promised Neverland confirmed that Season 2 will be making its debut in January 2021. We can do it, guys. It’s only… 5 more months. To help ease this blow, fans were kindly given a new visual of Emma.

https://twitter.com/yakuneba_staff/status/1292989410787483648With Emma’s escape from Grace Field House with the other children in Season 1, they are entering a whole new world. As a fan of the series, we can’t wait to see what exists outside of their homely prison. They’ve never seen the outside and neither have we. However, readers of the manga, written by Kaiu Shirai, will know that the series has officially ended with 20 volumes. Make sure you keep all the secrets to yourself. We are excited and nervous about what awaits Emma and the gang in this new world. We don’t know what to expect or what other threats are out there… but we can’t wait.
