‘Green Lantern Corps’ rumoured to be circling ‘Mission Impossible’ director

That Hashtag Show is back with some new DC Film rumours to excite us all! This time they’re bringing us news on the long gestating Green Lantern Corps movie. First announced as part of the original DC Extended Universe slate we’ve heard little more about it since.

But now a new rumour points for Warner Bros./DC Films eyeing Mission Impossible: Fallout director Christopher McQuarrie to take the helm. Of course McQuarrie films generally start Tom Cruise and it is strongly rumoured the studio is looking for an ‘older’ Hal Jordan.

Batman-News.com updated the story saying their sources believe talks ended without a deal back in October 2017. That Hashtag Show maintain their info is as recent as last month…
