Last week a clip pertaining to be from the third season of Marvel’s What If…? made its way online. Now, following the conclusion of the series’ brilliant second season, the clip has been officially released by Marvel.
The clip, which pertains to be from season 3 premiere “What If… Red Guardian Stopped The Winter Soldier?” features the return of David Harbour to the role he originated in 2021’s Black Widow. He appears in the clip alongside Sebastian Stan, returning once against Bucky Barnes aka The Winter Soldier.

No premiere date has been confirmed for season 3. But it has now been revealed that “What If… Red Guardian Stopped The Winter Soldier?” will be the final episode from head writer A.C. Bradley. Revealing the news on social media, Bradley shared a brief message alongside the above clip. “After season two, I made the decision to move on from Marvel. It’s been a fun ride, but it’s time for new adventures and mediums.”
