Back in Summer we brought you the news that 2024 would see the release of a brand new anime starring DC’s Suicide Squad. Now the studio has released a second trailer teasing more of the mind-bending action in Suicide Squad ISEAKAI.
The film, created in collaboration with WIT Studio is directed by Eri Osada and written by Tappei Nagatsuki and finds the super-villain team going well above and beyond the call of duty to stop a new threat involving Joker.

As you can see from the trailer, the anime will follow an Elseworlds setup where Amanda Waller sends the team to the land of Isekai, a mysterious land full of demons and mystical creatures.
The co-production between Warner Bros. and WIT Studios stars Anna Nagase (Harley Quinn), Reigo Yamaguchi (Deadshot), Takehito Koyasu (Peacemaker), Jun Fukuyama (Clayface), Subaru Kimura (King Shark) and Yūichirō Umehara (Joker).
Suicide Squad ISEKAI will premiere in 2024.
