DC has been teasing big things ahead for the release of Scott Snyder and Nick Dragotta’s Absolute Batman #20. After teasing us with a redacted cover, earlier this week the publisher revealed a full look at the main artwork. But now DC has taken things one step further, revealing five incredible new variant designs featuring each of the Absolute Universe Robins.
The full Absolute Batman #20 cover art comes from Nick Dragotta and Frank Martin and arrives in comic book stores on May 13, 2026. The issue picks up as the dust settles in the city of Gotham after the loss of [redacted], Robins enter the scene ready to hunt and more than one secret will be revealed in this seminal issue.
The five new variant covers focus on our Absolute Universe Robins: Dick Grayson; Jason Todd, Tim Drake, Stephanie Brown and Duke Thomas. Obviously no Damian Wayne for now given the Absolute version of Bruce Wayne has yet to meet Talia al Ghul… that we’re aware of.
