It’s DC solicit reveal day. In the wake of those incredible 17 nominations (and eight shared) for the 2024 Eisner Awards, DC is revealing all of the books which will be hitting comic book stores in August 2024. We’re starting our look at August with all of the books tying in to the Absolute Power event which will rock the DC Universe right across summer.
As well as dropping Absolute Power #2, DC also has the release of Task Force VII #4 and #5 and Absolute Power: Origins #2 which dives deeper in to the history of Amanda Waller. Alongside this each of the main hero books, including Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman will tie-in to the event. But before we get to those, here’s a look at the covers and solicit text for each of the main Absolute Power titles releasing in August.
