Following the huge success of The Umbrella Academy, Netflix has expanding its content deal with Dark Horse Entertainment. Overnight The Wrap has been reporting that a former Guardian of the Galaxy is in talks to move over to the DC Universe. According to their report Michael Rooker (The Walking Dead) is deep in talks with Warner Bros. to join James Gunn’s The Suicide Squad and take on the role of King Shark. If a deal comes to pass this would be Rooker’s fifth movie with Gunn, following the both Guardians of the Galaxy movies, Slither, and Super.  King Shark was created by Karl Kesel in the 1990s and is perhaps most famous for his appearances on the small screen in The Flash.…

20th Century Fox has announced that May 13 will henceforth be known at X-Men Day. To announce the festivities the studio has released this new, Drew Struzan inspired, poster for next month’s Dark Phoenix. Fox promises the day will be filled with fan celebrations, special events and the debut of exclusive new X-Men content. After plenty of teases on social media Warner Bros. has released the first trailer for IT: Chapter 2. The follow up to 2017’s remake of the classic horror tale.
