Despite season one not debuting until the end of August, Amazon Prime has renewed Carnival Row for a second season. A quick update on Matt Reeves The Batman today as it has been announced that Oscar-nominated Greig Fraser has joined the production as cinematographer. Fraser is currently working on the Dune reboot for Warner Bros. and is then expected to move over to The Batman production in time for it’s late 2019/early 2020 shooting start. He was nominated for an Oscar for his work on Garth Davis’ 2016 biographical drama Lion. Starring Robert Pattinson, The Batman is due for release on June 25, 2021.
