Despite season one not debuting until the end of August, Amazon Prime has renewed Carnival Row for a second season.
Following a successful campaign at San Diego Comic Con including the release of a new trailer (below) the series will soon go back in to production for a second batch of episodes.
“I had totally given up on it,” said executive producer Travis Beacham during Carnival Row’s TCA panel. “It was so big and it wasn’t based on anything. I got asked about it in meetings a lot. To be in Prague and be literally standing on Carnival Row and seeing people in costume, I still haven’t processed it.”
We can’t wait to see this series when it debuts. How about you?
