Marvel and games developer Square Enix have the upcoming Avengers game out on the show floor at New York Comic Con. Attendees at the show have a chance to get hands on with the game and play as several of their favourite characters in a huge battle sequence witnessed in the game’s first trailer. But the developers also made an announcement which has made fans very happy. Kamala Khan aka Ms. Marvel has been announced as a playable character within the game! The CW has finally unveiled the first look photos for the second episode of Arrow’s final season. “Welcome To Hong Kong” looks set to callback the series to its third season when flashbacks found Oliver Queen off Liana’s You and in Hong Kong. Batwoman is set to premiere on The CW THIS SUNDAY, with the cast and crew making an appearance the same day at New York Comic Con. During last night’s DC Universe HQ launch at New York Comic Con the streaming platform announced a couple of exciting new developments for 2020. First up is the new DCYou Unscripted initiative. The new contest allows fans to submit pitches for new unscripted series for the service, with successful applicants being invited to Los Angeles to develop their pitches before one final in-person pitch to DC executives before a winner is chosen. DC Comics kicked off its NYCC yesterday with a special reveal which is perfect for Funko fans. If you head down to the DC Comics booth the collectibles section is showing off this group of Birds of Prey Funko Pops!
