Yesterday it seems that filming for The Batman was all over London and social media. We’re not going to bring you too many spoilers but one of those photos appeared to show someone looking very much like Oswald Cobblepot/Penguin preparing to film. It’s no secret that J.J. Abrams was not initially set to direct the film which would become Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. The third film in the latest trilogy was originally set to be directed by Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom’s Colin Trevorrow. Disney continues to dominate the box office this week as Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker continues to hold on to the top spot. Director Taika Waititi has revealed that his second Thor movie, titled Love and Thunder, will begin filming in Australia in August 2020. Appearing at the BAFTA Tea Party in LA, Waitit discussed the upcoming production with Variety. The crew will be moving to Australia in April to begin prep with cameras set to roll in August.
