‘X-Men: Apocalypse’ is now in cinemas worldwide! The film opened in the US on Thursday evening and that night is made $8.2M, slightly up on the  $8.1 million ‘X-Men: Days of Future Past’ made when it launched back in 2014. ‘Days of Future Past’ went on to open with $90.8M over the three-days of Memorial Weekend. For the four-day holiday weekend ‘Days of Future Past’ made $110.5M. Look for ‘Apocalypse’ to make similar or slightly higher numbers when the weekend is over. Entertainment Weekly have just broken the internet with the release of the first photo of the Power Rangers from 2017’s ‘Saban’s Power Rangers’. ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’ might not be sitting atop the worldwide box office anymore but that doesn’t mean that the film has stopped earning money. In it’s fourth weekend in cinemas the film has now grossed $310M at the US domestic box office earning a further $9M.
