Here’s some news we didn’t expect today: ‘The LEGO Movie’ director is apparently in talks to direct a live-action ‘Nightwing’ film!
Back in January McKay threw his hat in the ring as wanting to direct a DCEU film. Responding to a fan on Twitter McKay stated he was meeting with DC Comics – likely Geoff Johns – to make a pitch himself. Now THR is reporting that pitch was for a live-action ‘Nightwing’ film.
The report goes as far as to say that ‘The Accountant’ scribe Bill Dubuque is currently working on the script.
