Warner Bros. has released two new posters for their upcoming Tomb Raider reboot. Both posters show off a beaten Lara Croft played by Alicia Vikander. Overnight Lucasfilm has released a statement to announce that Game of Thrones creators David Benioff and D.B. Weiss will be working on a new series of Star Wars movies. We’ve been eagerly awaiting confirmation of just how long Black Panther will run. Now we finally have confirmation that the film will be one of the longest in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The official record at the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) has confirmed both that the film will be rated 12A in the UK and also that it will run for 134 minutes. Captain America: Civil War is the longest MCU entry clocking in at 147 minutes whilst solo Marvel efforts tend to clock in around 115-120 minutes. We knew it was coming and it was just a matter of time. Overnight New Line Cinema has formally announced that Shazam! has entered production. The press release includes an updated cast list as well as our first full synopsis for the film. Eagled-eyed fans will notice that Dwayne Johnson’s Black Adam isn’t listed in the cast although he has an Executive Producer credit. Henry Cavill’s Superman is also missing from the list.
