Many of those rumours pointed to the company cutting around 15% of titles in order to undertake a restructure of its business. Marvel has confirmed that its long-running Spider-Man/Deadpool team up coming will be coming to an end in May. The series, which began in 2016, has seen the two characters caught up in some major hijinks over the years. But after 50 issues it will now be drawing to a close in May. Though it doesn’t have much time left at the box office, Aquaman is still taking no prisons. Over the weekend the Warner Bros. release surpassed Iron Man 3 ($805.7M) to become the highest grossing solo superhero movie at the international box office. It’s been a great night for Marvel at the 2019 Oscars ceremony. Both Black Panther and Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse were big winners on the night. Following wins at the BAFTAS and Golden Globes Spider-Verse picked up the award for Best Animated Feature.
