Last night we were invited by Warner Bros. to attend a gala screening of Shazam!. The screening was attended by stars Zach Levi, Mark Strong and surprise guest Djimon Hounsou. They were joined by director David F. Sanberg and DC Films producer Peter Safran. We’re not allowed to tell you about the movie until the weekend but we can tell you that we loved it! Last night things took a turn for the worse on The Flash. The episode ended with Barry locking up Nora after learning the truth about her work with Eobard Thawne. The series is now taking a break until April 16 but we’ve got the promo for next episode “Godspeed”. The CW has decided not to release a synopsis for the episode as yet but you can get an idea based on the handful of shots in the trailer below. After successfully dubbing each wave of movies as a “Phase” Marvel Studios have now gone and given their first 10 years of movies their own title. In a recent interview with Empire Magazine studio head Kevin Feige discussed how the studio approached looking at the 22 movies they currently have under their belt. “We wanted to bring to a conclusion a series of movies in a way that had never been done before,” said Feige. “Harry Potter had an ending because there were only so many books. A new report released overnight appears to confirm some news many of us expected about Star Trek: Discovery. With only five episodes left in the series second season it appears Anson Mount (Captain Pike) and Rebecca Romjin (Number One) will be leaving the series ahead of its third season. Romjin has so far only appeared in one episode despite being hyped as a major guest star for the show. It seems those rumours Emma Watson was joining the cast of Black Widow may not have been as accurate as we first expected. THR is reporting that Pugh is in talks with the studio to take on a co-leading role in the upcoming Marvel Studios movie. Initial reports on Watson potentially joining the cast did include Pugh on a shortlist of actresses being looked at by the studio to play an unidentified female spy.
