It looks like the cast and crew of Shazam! are heading back up to Toronto. Production Weekly has learned that the Warner Bros./New Line Cinema production is going to be back in the city from November 1st to 18th for addition pickups. No word on what the reshoots are for. In Hollywood terms that generally means it’s just routine connective tissue to help nail the final edit of the movie. Netflix has debuted the opening credit sequence for Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. Ahead of tomorrow’s debut the studio is attempting to capitalise on the hype the show has been able to build. The excellent sequence features a strong halloween-horror vibe. Comic book style images of the cast give way to images of witchcraft and plenty of scary creatures. The whole thing is set to an awesome throwback horror tune. On Tuesday we brought you the rumour that Marvel was working on a Nick Fury series for Disney. The supposed series was set to premiere on the companies new streaming service launching in the next year. Well this just got really interesting… our colleagues over at ComicBook have confirmed that Joker will be featuring Alfred Pennyworth and a young Bruce Wayne! The site has learnt that Douglas Hodge (The Night Manager; Penny Dreadful) and Dante Pereira-Olson (Jessica Jones) have both joined the cast of the Warner Bros. picture currently in production in New York.
