Heroes and Villains Fan Fest has announced the latest addition to its lineup for London in May. DC’s Legends of Tomorrow star Nick Zano will be appearing across the weekend on panels as well as signing autographs and taking photos with fans. Zano plays Nate Heywood/Steel on the show. He joined the series in season 2 and has been a permanent fixture (and fan favourite) ever since. We’ve reached the finale of the second season of The Gifted! After what has been a wild ride over the past fifteen episodes the finale will premiere next Tuesday (Feb. 26) on FOX. The cast of The CW’s Batwoman pilot seems to be coming together nicely. Today we have the news that Dougray Scott has joined the cast in a key role. Scott will be portraying Jacob Kane, the father of lead character Kate. Deadline is reporting that Ant-Man and The Wasp star David Dastmalchian has joined the cast of Denis Villeneuve’s Dune remake. The trade reports that Dastmalchian will be taking on the role of Mentat member Piter De Vries. In the original novel Mentats are basically human computers, and De Vries is a particularly villainous one. The role was played by Brad Dourif in the 1984 version of the movie. Avengers: Endgame will mark Pepper Potts seventh appearance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. So it might come as no surprise that actress Gwyneth Paltrow has announced that she will be retiring from the role.
