Newly Redrawn Cuts and a Reconstructed Story
Based on the original work, story, and character designs of the late Akira Toriyama, Dragon Ball Super: Beerus presents a reworked and reconstructed narrative enhanced with cutting-edge visuals.
The remastered series features newly added and completely redrawn cuts to deliver smoother, high-octane battle sequences while remaining strictly faithful to Toriyama’s original manga vision.
The Cosmic Battle Begins
Set several years after the defeat of Majin Buu, Earth enjoys a rare moment of peaceful calm. However, that peace is shattered when Beerus, the God of Destruction, awakens from his slumber. Hearing rumors of a powerful Saiyan who defeated Frieza, Beerus seeks out Goku, sparking an earth-shattering cosmic confrontation with the universe hanging in the balance.
