Netflix has debuted the official trailer for Heartstopper Forever, the film that will wrap up the story of the Alice Oseman adaptation. Kit Connor and Joe Lock return as Nick and Charlie, wrapping up the story which first began in season 1 back in April 2022. The film will arrive on Netflix globally on July 17, 2026.
In them film Nick and Charlie are inseparable, but with Nick preparing to leave for university and Charlie finding new independence at school, the reality of a long-distance relationship begins to weigh on them. Doubts take hold, and their relationship faces its biggest challenge yet. Meanwhile, their friends are also navigating the ups and downs of love and friendship, confronting the bittersweet challenges of growing up and moving on. Can first loves really last forever?

Based on the book series by Alice Oseman, Heartstopper Forever is directed by Wash Westmoreland and stars Kit Connor, Joe Locke, William Gao, Yasmin Finney, Corinna Brown, Kizzy Edgell, Tobie Donovan, Jenny Walser, Rhea Norwood and Leila Khan.
