The highly popular Netflix adaptation of the even more popular manga and anime, One Piece, is itself getting an animated redo this September from the mind of Usopp!
Accurately titled LEGO One Piece and debuting on September 29th, the two part special will follow the first two seasons of the show but in LEGO form and also from the perspective of the Straw Hats resident sniper and known liar Usopp as he tells the (clearly not exaggerated) tales of the Straw Hats prior to meeting Tony Tony Chopper.

A certainly fun and unique spin on the growing Netflix franchise, the project is produced in partnership with the LEGO Group, Japanese publisher Shueisha, and the Vancouver-based animation studio Atomic Cartoons. Tom Hyndman serves as showrunner, writer, and executive producer.
ONE PIECE creator Eiichiro Oda also executive produces alongside Jill Wilfert, Keith Malone, and Lars Danielsen for LEGO, and Marty Adelstein and Becky Clements for Tomorrow Studios.
