This week’s UK Official Film Chart showcases strong climbers, surprise returns and a continued hold at the top, with several titles making notable movement across the Top 10.

Still holding the crown at Number 1 for a third consecutive week, Wicked continues its magical domination. The hit musical offers a sweeping look into the untold past of Glinda and Elphaba, blending lavish visuals, emotional storytelling and beloved songs that keep viewers returning week after week.

Rising into Number 2, The Grinch (Animated) continues its cosy seasonal climb as the holidays approach. With colourful animation and a spirited retelling of Dr. Seuss’s classic tale, this version highlights both the mischief and the eventual heart behind Whoville’s most infamous resident.

Steady at Number 3, Jurassic World – Rebirth remains a force in the chart. The film expands the franchise’s modern era with new dinosaurs, bold exploration themes and daring rescue missions as humans learn to coexist with prehistoric giants.

A standout mover this week, The Naked Gun (2025) jumps confidently into Number 4. Reviving the spirit of classic spoof comedy, the film delivers rapid-fire gags, slapstick chaos and a fresh comic twist for a new generation of fans.

Reappearing dramatically at Number 5, The Conjuring – Last Rites marks a chilling return to supernatural horror. The Warrens face one of their most personal and threatening cases yet, blending tense atmosphere with the emotional depth the series is known for.

Landing at Number 6, F1 The Movie continues to capture attention through its authentic high-speed racing sequences and behind-the-scenes intensity, charting the rivalries, dedication and extreme pressures of the motorsport world.

At Number 7, Superman (2025) continues to build momentum. This refreshed take on the iconic hero explores Clark Kent’s evolving place in a rapidly changing world while laying the groundwork for an expanded new era of storytelling.

Settled at Number 8, The Roses continues its compelling run in the chart. The film follows picture-perfect couple Theo and Ivy, whose seemingly flawless life begins to fracture when Theo’s once-thriving career collapses just as Ivy’s ambitions take flight. What begins as subtle tension escalates into fierce competition, buried resentments and emotional unraveling as their marriage edges toward a breaking point.

Sliding into Number 9, Nobody 2 brings Hutch Mansell back into the fray with razor-sharp action, dark humour and deeper emotional stakes as he confronts the consequences of re-entering a dangerous world he once tried to escape.

Closing out the Top 10, Mission Impossible – The Final Reckoning holds strong at Number 10. Delivering globe-spanning espionage, intricate missions and the series’ signature practical stunts, Ethan Hunt’s latest adventure remains a reliable anchor in the chart.
