Netflix’s The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep is just under a week away, and to celebrate its imminent release, Netflix have dropped a brand new poster and trailer showcasing the stunning animation, and gruesome action.

Synopsis
Geralt of Rivia, a mutated monster hunter, is hired to investigate a series of attacks in a seaside village and finds himself drawn into a centuries-old conflict between humans and merpeople. He must count on friends – old and new – to solve the mystery before the hostilities between the two kingdoms escalate into all-out war.

Studio Mir Co., Ltd is a South Korean animation studio specializing in the entire production from start to finish. Founded in 2010, the studio has quickly tapped into the North American market with its strong producing skills of 2D animation sensibility and CGI technology. Among other works, it is best known for The Legend of Korra, Voltron: Legendary Defender, The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf, X-Men ’97 and the upcoming Devil May Cry series, expanding its traditional platform into the global OTT market.
The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep was written by Mike Ostrowski and Rae Benjamin and directed by Kang Hei Chul. The film stars Doug Cockle as Gerald of Rivea and Joey Batey as Jaskier.
