After recently confirming a change in release date, Vertigo Releasing has now debuted a stunning new poster for upcoming horror It Lives Inside. The film, which debuted in acclaim at the recent FrightFest in London, comes to UK cinemas on October 20, 2023, just in time for Halloween.
The film stars Megan Suri (Atypical), as protagonist Samidha, who is most well-known for her role as Aneesa in Netflix teen-comedy series Never Have I Ever. The horror also stars Neeru Bajwa (Jatt & Juliet), and Mohana Krishnan (I Am Frankie). It Lives Inside won the “Midnighters Award” at SXSW Film Festival 2023 (Austin, TX).
An Indian-American teenager struggling with her cultural identity has a falling out with her former best friend and, in the process, unwittingly releases a demonic entity that grows stronger by feeding on her loneliness.
The film is directed and co-written by Bishal Dutta, co writing is Ashish Mehta. The film stars Megan Suri,Neeru Bajwa and Mohana Krishnan.
It Lives Inside will have its UK Premiere at FrightFest before releasing in UK cinemas from October 20, 2023.
