There’s still over a month to go until the release of Daniel Espinosa’s Morbius. But even as another bat-related character is about to dominate cinemas, Sony Pictures doesn’t want fans forgetting the next entry in its burgeoning Spider-verse.
Overnight the studio has dropped a new motion poster for the Jared Leto picture, teasing his transformation from Michael Morbius to the Living Vampire himself. As fans wait for more information on how the film might connect to the wider universe this is certainly a cool new look at the character.

Directed by Daniel Espinosa, Morbius stars Jared Leto as the titular character, Matt Smith as Loxias Crown, Adria Arjona as Martine Bancroft, Tyrese Gibson as Agent Stroud and Jared Harris. Morbius releases exclusively in cinemas on April 1, 2022.
