Over the weekend Disney captivated us all with our first look at TRON: Ares, the highly anticipated third instalment in the groundbreaking TRON franchise. Now the studio has debuted a series of stills showing off the film’s incredible stylish world.
The new film follows a highly sophisticated Program, Ares, who is sent from the digital world into the real world on a dangerous mission, marking humankind’s first encounter with A.I. beings. The stills, some of which come direct from the trailer, show off the meeting of the worlds as well as plenty of the cool costume designs seen within it.
The feature film is directed by Joachim Rønning and stars Jared Leto, Greta Lee, Evan Peters, Hasan Minhaj, Jodie Turner-Smith, Arturo Castro, Cameron Monaghan, with Gillian Anderson and Jeff Bridges.
Sean Bailey, Jeffrey Silver, Justin Springer, Jared Leto, Emma Ludbrook and Steven Lisberger are the producers, with Russell Allen serving as executive producer.
Disney’s TRON: Ares releases in UK cinemas on October 10, 2025.
