The apocalypse endures. The monstrous Kaiju are back for more in Netflix’s Pacific Rim: The Black which is heading to the streaming platform next month. With the series just over a month away, we were finally gifted with a Kaiju-sized trailer.

The trailer doesn’t show a great deal. Regardless, fans can expect an epic series featuring Kaiju brawling the mighty Jaegers. If you aren’t familiar with what this show entailes, you can check out the official synopsis from Netflix:
There was a time when Kaiju rose from the Pacific Rim only to encounter gigantic robots, Jaegers, built to fight them back. That time has passed. Now, Australia has been overrun by Kaiju, forcing the evacuation of an entire continent. Left behind, teenage siblings Taylor and Hayley embark on a desperate search for their missing parents, teaching themselves to pilot a battered, long-abandoned Jaeger to help in their quest and give them even the slightest hope of surviving.
The Pacific Rim movies gave us some incredibly cool monsters. We can’t wait to see what sort of Kaiju we’ll be dealing with this time in Australia.
Mark your calendars, Pacific Rim: The Black is heading to Netflix on March 4th, 2021. If you’re a Kaiju and anime fan, check out the upcoming Godzilla series coming to Netflix next year. You won’t want to miss this one.
