Luke Cage showrunner Cheo Hodari Coker has tweet in reaction the shows cancellation. Over the weekend it was announced that Netflix was ending the show after just two season. Whilst rumours continue to circulate as to why the series was cancelled Coker was quick to thank everyone involved.

Fans continue to hope that a Heroes For Hire series will be announced. But with both series stars Mike Colter and Finn Jones have discussed moving on to the next phase of life. Right now a new team-up series seems unlikely.
Marvel’s Luke Cage Season 2 stars Mike Colter, Simone Missick, Alfre Woodard, Theo Rossi, Mustafa Shakir, Gabrielle Dennis, Rosario Dawson, and Reg E. Cathey. Both seasons are available on Netflix now.
