21 years after Robin Williams first go lost in the world of Jumanji Sony Pictures has unveiled the first trailer for the films sequel. Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle will release later this year and puts a new spin on the franchise. Doing away with the board game seen in the first film the Jumanji game has been upgraded to a console release.

Starring Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle also stars Kevin Hart, Jack Black and Karen Gillan. Nick Jonas, Alex Wolff and Morgan Turner also star. The film has been directed by Jake Kasdan while the screenplay was written by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers, and Scott Rosenberg and Jeff Pinkner.
Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle hits cinemas on December 22, 2017.
