Sony Pictures has debuted our first look at upcoming supernatural horror Umma starring Sandra Oh. The film comes from writer-director Iris K. Shim and is producer by legend of horror, Sam Raimi. The film comes to UK cinemas on March 25, 2022.
Umma, which is the Korean word for “mother,” follows Amanda (Sandra Oh) and her daughter (Fivel Stewart) living a quiet life on an American farm, but when the remains of her estranged mother arrive from Korea, Amanda becomes haunted by the fear of turning into her own mother.

Written and directed by Iris K. Shim and produced by Sam Raimi, Umma stars Sandra Oh, Fivel Stewart, MeeWha Alana Lee and Tom Yi with Odeya Rush and Dermot Mulroney.
