The end is nigh—and this time, it’s for good. Prime Video has officially released the trailer for the final chapter of Good Omens, produced by Amazon MGM Studios, Narrativia, and BBC Studios Comedy. Rather than a full season, the story will conclude with a 90-minute special event, set to premiere in more than 240 countries and territories on May 13th.

Picking up exactly where the heartbreaking Season Two cliffhanger left off, the finale finds our “ineffable” duo at their lowest point. Their millennia-long friendship was fractured when Aziraphale (Michael Sheen) accepted the call to return to Heaven, leaving a devastated Crowley (David Tennant) behind in the streets of London.
As the fate of the universe hangs in the balance, Aziraphale and Crowley must confront their
relationship, heal old wounds and rediscover their bond. From navigating London’s gangsters
to thwarting Hellish threats, they face personal betrayals and the complexities of their own
emotions in this timeless expedition. Together, they must decide whether their friendship –
and the world itself – is worth saving.
The first season of Good Omens follows the angel Aziraphale and the demon Crowley as they form an unlikely alliance to sabotage the coming of the Antichrist and prevent Armageddon. This camaraderie is tested in the second season when a memory-wiped Archangel Gabriel arrives at Aziraphale’s bookshop, leading the duo on a mission to hide him from both Heaven and Hell while navigating their own deepening feelings for one another. The season ends when Aziraphale chooses to accept a promotion as the Supreme Archangel in hopes of fixing Heaven from the inside, leaving a heartbroken Crowley behind on Earth just as the “Second Coming” is announced.
The Good Omens finale aims to be a timeless expedition, offering fans a feature-length conclusion to the story originally sparked by the minds of Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman.
You can watch the first two seasons on Prime Video now and the 90 minute finale is due to drop on May 13th only on Prime Video.
