Some sad news has been confirmed today by the folks at CBR.com; Tom King is leaving the on-going Batman title by the end of 2019. A rumour began over at Bleeding Cool that King had been removed from the series, not his choice, and that his last issue would be #85. King has spoken in the press about is 100+ issue plans for The Dark Knight. At this stage it seems those plans will be coming to a premature end. Warner Bros. has officially announced that cameras are rolling on Christopher Nolan’s next film. Production is currently based in Dublin, Ireland. The press release from the studio has also revealed some intriguing new details on what The Dark Knight and Inception director has in store. The film, titled Tenet, is described as “an action epic evolving from the world of international espionage,” and will shoot on location in no less than seven countries.
