Deadline has some very exciting news for Lords of the Rings fans this morning. The Amazon Prime series, currently gearing up to begin production on its pilot, has received an early renewal for season 2! The scooper understands that Amazon is impressed with the direction of the show so far and has ordered a second batch to episodes. Marvel has announced that Runaways will be drawing to a close with its third season. The series marks the last of the Marvel TV series to announce that it well be coming to an end following the loss of Agents of SHIELD (which debuts its final season next year), Cloak and Dagger and, of course, the various Netflix shows.
