Following on from earlier Avengers: Infinity cover reveals we’ve got a few tidbits of info from the Vanity Fair article. It’s a long read but one that’s worthwhile to any fan of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. With time ticking away until May 2018 the promotional wheels on Avengers: Infinity War are slowly but surely picking up. Following on from the leaked pictures which presumably gave away scenes from the first trailer there has been a series of short video leaks. Counteracting the negative press around the leaks Vanity Fair has unveiled a series of covers focussing on seventeen cast members from the film. It was back in October at New York Comic Con that The Walking Dead and Fear The Walking Dead mastermind Robert Kirkman announced the franchise first crossover. The last minute tease confirmed that the character would be revealed during last nights episode of Talking Dead following the main series latest episode. Marvel and ABC teased over the weekend that something huge as coming for Agents of S.H.I.E.LD. fans. Now we know what that tease was about with the release of this 17 minute preview video. When last we left the team in Agents of S.H.I.E.LD. they had been kidnapped and seemingly sent off in to space. This video picks up with the team as they learn of their new circumstances. Justice League has completed its second weekend at the box office. The news is once again mixed. At home in the United States the film made an estimated $40.7M over the weekend. That’s a 57% drop over its first week. Though that drop sounds sheer it’s lower than the drops of Batman Superman: Dawn of Justice (-69%), Suicide Squad (-67%) but higher than the 43% drop that Wonder Woman faced in its second weekend. With the release of Star Wars: The Last Jedi only three weeks away TV spots have begun to air. In this new spot entitled “Back” we get our first look at some new footage from the film. There are fresh looks at Captain Phasma, Finn and BB8 peppered throughout the trailer. A fresh casting scoop as popped up for Captain Marvel through Variety. The trade reports that British actor Jude Law is in talks to join the film as the male lead. The exclusive story reports that Law will take on the role of Doctor Walter Lawson, A.K.A. Mar-Vell who acts as a mentor or sorts to Carol Danvers.
