Ahead of the May 27th release date for ‘X-Men: Apocalypse’ 20th Century Fox have released two new posters for the film. The first, released earlier this week features the titular villain along with his four horsemen: Magneto (franchise returnee Michael Fassbender, Storm (Alexandra Shipp), Psylocke (Olivia Munn) and Angel (Ben Hardy). With their crossover event fast approaching (bad pun) CBS has unveiled a parody of the ‘Superman’ #199 cover featuring Melissa Benoist and Grant Gustin as their two superhero alter-egos. Fans of the ‘Arrow’, ‘The Flash’, ‘Legends of Tomorrow’ and ‘Supergirl’ universe – or universes – have been hoping that The CW and CBS networks would be able to pull off a crossover event that would bring these heroes together and on March 28th that event finally takes the form of ‘Supergirl’ episode ‘Worlds Finest’.
